A 13,500 square-foot renovated shopping center located at hard corner, signalized intersection of Knickerbocker Road & Commerce Street. Knickerbocker is one of San Angelo’s major thoroughfares, offering strong visibility and traffic counts. Originally constructed in 1972, the building has since undergone both interior and exterior renovations.
