This Historic Victorian-style home, located in the Monte Vista Historic District, was carefully renovated to enhance everyday living while honoring its architectural heritage.

The scope of work included a kitchen remodel, selective demolition of an existing addition, a full interior refresh, and the renovation and expansion of the owner’s suite, along with interior wall reconfiguration and a complete en-suite bathroom remodel. Throughout the project, careful attention was given to preserving the home’s historic character while introducing modern functionality and finishes that complement its original architecture.
