This Historic Victorian-style home, located in the Alta Vista Conservation District, underwent a thoughtful renovation for longtime owners and dear friends Bob and Joan Comeaux.

The project included a kitchen and breakfast room addition, a complete reconstruction and replacement of the existing porch, and a full exterior paint refresh. Each update was designed to respect the home’s historic character and preserve its timeless architectural charm.
